At EmpowerArk, we specialize in preparing individuals for sustainable employment with services that include:
● Pre-Apprenticeship Programs in fields like welding, construction, culinary arts, and healthcare that build foundational skills and industry certifications such as OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid.
● Job Coaches with Lived Experience who understand the journey because they’ve walked it—offering authentic guidance, motivation, and support.
● Transportation Coordination including training in public transit use, ride-share education, and partnerships with local transportation vendors to ensure reliable work access.
● Soft Skills Training to strengthen communication, time management, and workplace etiquette.
